Innovative Properties, Inc., a Maryland Corporation, began as Dunn Property Management in 1981. Innovative Properties was incorporated in 1986.

It is owned by Richard S. Neville, a licensed real estate broker and commercial property manager, and his wife Barbara B. Neville, a licensed real estate agent and residential property manager.


Innovative Properties, Inc. is a property management and real estate brokerage firm based in Annapolis, Maryland.

We specialize in full-service property management and leasing of residential and commercial properties, primarily in the greater Annapolis area. As a small company, we can give your property the personal attention it deserves, giving the owner peace of mind.
